We welcome all authors to submit papers related to Pharmaceutical, Botanical, Medical, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering disciplines.
Paper Review Policy:
All submitted papers will undergo a Full Double-Blind Review Process, which may take a maximum of 2 weeks after submission. Once a paper is accepted, it cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances. We advise all authors not to submit the same article to multiple journals simultaneously. Please wait for the review report before proceeding elsewhere.
Refund Policy:
If a payment is deposited incorrectly, in excess, or if an author is dissatisfied with our services, a refund will be processed within 7 days, provided the author promptly notifies us. However, delays in the refund process may occur due to regional factors, and the publisher shall not be held liable for such delays.
Delivery Policy:
Delivery will typically take place within 10-15 working days after acceptance of an order. International orders may take up to 30-60 days, especially during busy periods such as festivals. If any products are lost during shipment, they will be redispatched without additional cost. We are not liable for any loss arising from delivery delays or failure to deliver. Products are dispatched through the Indian Postal Department's Registered Parcel Service.
Paper Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy:
The publisher maintains a strict withdrawal and cancellation policy to uphold the integrity, efficiency, and transparency of the publication process for articles, books, and book chapters. Authors are expected to carefully review submission requirements and ensure their commitment to the publication process before submitting their work.
Copyright Policy:
Authors should note that a paper cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances once it has been accepted. The author may not publish their contribution elsewhere without prior written permission from the publisher unless it has been substantially changed. The author warrants that their contribution is original, does not contain libelous statements, and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory right, or proprietary right of others. The author also accepts responsibility for releasing this material on behalf of all co-authors.
All proprietary rights other than copyrights, such as patent rights, remain with the author. Authors retain the right to use all or part of their article, including tables and figures, in future works, provided proper acknowledgment is given to the publisher. They may make copies of their article for personal use but not for sale.
It is the responsibility of each author to ensure that submitted papers meet ethical standards, particularly regarding plagiarism. All submissions are thoroughly checked for plagiarism. If plagiarism is detected in a published paper, the authors will be required to issue a written apology to the original authors. Any paper showing clear signs of plagiarism will be automatically rejected, and its authors may face a one-year ban from submitting to the journal. Proper notification will be given in such cases.
The submitted paper must not have been published in the same form elsewhere and will not be submitted elsewhere until acceptance or rejection by this journal. Any disputes will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the Judiciary of Delhi, India.
Jurisdiction:
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rohini (Delhi), India.
