The present book entitled “Basic Concepts of Horticulture” book gives a comprehensive review of basic concepts of horticulture dealt invariably as a part of various course curricula of Agri-Horti degree programs across different Indian Agri-Horti universities. Indian horticulture sector contributes about 33% to the agriculture Gross Value Added (GVA) making very significant contribution to the Indian economy.
