Description
The book entitled, “A Practical Book of Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry-I” has flavour of its own both in scope and content distinctly different from a number of already existing books. Primarily this book has been written for the B.Pharmacy students. It has been written with the aim of meeting the needs and interests of UG and PG students of pharmacy course. The major thrust has been to make the book more students friendly.Pharmacy undergraduate students have to undergo rigorous practical training during their course of study. The choices of books to be consulted are many but it is difficult for students to get hold of all the books. With this background in mind, we have put in efforts to make compact book which will provide all the information together. The experiments have been chosen to meet the student’s expectation that is why only certain procedures have been selected in the textbook.
