The Bhagavad Gita is a divine revelation of the intimate relationship between God and man in the form of a dialogue sung by Lord Krishna to enlighten Arjuna, the human representative, to come out of the grief and delusion faced by him at the beginning of the Mahabharata war. This work is a scientific study and exposition of the Gita based on the essential teachings of the Gita with a view to bringing forth all noble ideas that provide a way for the blossoming of the human personality out of the finite limitations of personal desires and imperfections by giving life transforming lessons as guide to modern living.
