Tissue Engineering in Periodontics

Tissue engineering is a recent approach to Periodontics. Regeneration using tissue engineering is a novel approach. It has successfully approached the reinstitution of health in diseased teeth with a resultant periodontium which is sustainable and resistant. The new developments in this field has led to a path where in near future regeneration of tooth as a whole will be possible. Thus A more detailed research and study of this field is a necessity.
