“Technology Manual on Mass Multiplication of Entomopathogenic Nematodes (in vivo)” includes- a brief introduction and biology of entomopathogenic nematodes, their isolation methodology, commercial production, rearing of host insect larvae for their multiplication on them, application techniques in crop fields, items required for mass multiplication of entomopathogenic nematodes are given in detail. This manual has been developed as a toolkit for helping students, farmers, researchers involved in organic agriculture, and small entrepreneurs at the village level; who want to develop a bio-product multiplication unit at a small level. As technology is an always-changing medium this manual is a continuous work in progress.
