Ergonomics: Practical Manual for Beginners

This practical manual on Ergonomics is useful for both UG and PG students of Resource management and consumer science and to the staff in using various ergonomic equipment.The main objective of preparing this manual is to help the students in using various ergonomic equipment to measure physical fitness, BMI, grip strength of worker; noise, humidity, and light in workplace and work related hazards. Step-wise protocols were explained for each of the equipment so that a beginner can operate it easily. It has covered equipment related to both physiological parameters and environmental parameters.
